Abstract

This paper focuses on the standardization of a procedure for isolation of protoplasts from microspores at the tetrad stage from Rosa damascena, R. bourboniana [R. borboniana], R. brunonii, R. cathayensis, R. indica [R. chinensis] and R. multiflora, to achieve gametosomatic fusion in the genus Rosa.
